Xcell Speed & Strength:
Chad Englehardt will be here to speak with our kids on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 about his Xcell Speed and Strength program. I whole heartedly believe in what they do at PAC, and in my opinion it is the single most important thing you as a parent can do for your child to help him prepare not only for football, but for any sport. A stronger, faster athlete is a superior athlete. I would like to see all of our players (who are able) attend PAC to be coached by Chad and his staff. The program is already in progress and you can sign up at any time, but I would really like to see our kids start in December (this would make a nice Christmas gift). Please click here to learn more. Initial steps have been taken for a new roof to be put on our Athletic Field House. Once completed, our plans are to put in new wooden lockers, update bathrooms, etc. Stay tuned for more information!!
Many of you have inquired about purchasing the football games on DVD (2009 season). Individual games can be purchased for $15.00 or the entire 8 game season for $100.00. DVD's can be made available on a week by week basis, or again at the end of the season. You can download the order form here, have it filled out and return your order to Coach Nelsen. New EXTREME HEAT POLICY introduced for Junior High and High School Athletics.
The Parish has instituted a new extreme heat policy that mandates that at any time the heat index reaches 109, all practice sessions must shut down or adapted (i.e. practice in gym; walk through in shorts and T-shirt, etc.)
